Shipping Policy
At Maix Vending Ltd, we are committed to providing fast and efficient shipping. We ship directly from our warehouse, with the following guidelines:
- Same-Day Despatch: Orders placed before 12 PM will be despatched the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery: We utilize DPD’s next-day service for all orders within England and Wales, as well as select postcodes in Scotland if we can’t deliver ourselves.
- 2-Day Delivery: For Scottish postcodes that do not qualify for next-day service, we aim for delivery within 2 days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a £8.29 +VAT delivery charge applies.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note the following:
- Returns are accepted only if the products are still sealed and undamaged upon receipt at our warehouse.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Policy
- In the case of buyer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), we will refund the product cost minus the original postage costs.
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will refund both the product cost and the original postage costs (if applicable) plus organise collection to return the items back to our warehouse.
